I've been working as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), so I have a lot of experience working closely with kids-helping with routines, behaviors, communication, and just everyday care. I genuinely love being around kids and building strong connections with them. I'm super patient, reliable, and always try to create a calm, fun, and safe space. I don't mind the messy or challenging moments-I actually enjoy being someone kids can feel safe and comfortable with. I'll be starting part-time online college classes at the end of August, so I'm looking for something part-time with a bit of flexibility in the schedule.
