I've been working in Child care for my church since I was 12. I babysit my baby cousins very frequently and kids love hanging out with me. I am a very good problem solver, for example if a baby is crying I will try all the resources I have to soothe them. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, kind and entertaining. I like working with kids because they allow me to enjoy a time in my life that was more simple.

Cadence has provided morning care for our 2 sons (age 4 and 6) during this school year. She cared for them in the morning and walked them to school. She was prompt, and great at communication. If she was going to be late (which rarely happened) she was quick to let me know. She also was very proactive in communicating schedule conflicts (like her Christmas and Spring break) so I could make other arrangements. We also had Cadence babysit in the evenings for date nights. She was able to deescalate conflicts between the boys, and they always had fun with her. We are so thankful that we found Cadence! She has been a great part of this school year, and I highly recommend her.
