About Cadence

Hi, I'm Cadence - I'm a mom to a 10-month-old boy, and caring for children is truly at the center of my everyday life. Being a parent has given me hands-on experience with infant care, routines, safety, patience, and all the little moments that come with helping a child feel secure and happy. I'm also very comfortable with animals and have always enjoyed working with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I love building trust with pets and making sure they feel calm, cared for, and well exercised. Throughout my teenage years, I babysat regularly for families with children of different ages, and I also briefly worked as a nanny when I was 19. Those experiences, combined with being a mom now, have shaped my calm, attentive, and playful approach to caregiving. I'm hoping to find a position with a family that is comfortable with my son coming along, as I am his full time caretaker.
