We hired Cadence as she was very promising in her role. However on her first day she had started to speak very badly about people that we knew that came about over conversation. Lots of gossiping about personal lives and relationships. She also told us she was leaving her previous job and gave her 2 weeks to work for us as we needed her permanently. However after about a week she sent a text and quit on us out of no where. Also the skills she stated she had she never applied. This is not a good fit for any family and to open you home and lives to others to have the potential of shaming others was not what I wanted to have myself or family involved in. So we were thankful she did quit abruptly because we probably avoided being the next family to gossip about around a very small town. Also she lied about her father being a cop. And we now know this person is NOT TRUSTWORTHY! Be very careful!
