I have supported youth and adults with autism for four years, helping them build independence, confidence, and life skills. I currently lead a group home team, managing budgets, errands, logistics, activities, and healthy routines based on each client's needs. I enjoy creating positive experiences through fitness, outdoor activities, arts, and community involvement. I am energetic, athletic, creative, and passionate about improving quality of life for others. I also volunteer at the VCAS and Ride On Therapeutic Horsemanship, supporting individuals with special needs through therapeutic activities. My goal is always to encourage growth, inclusion, independence, confidence, and success daily.
