About Byron

I'm a punctual, compassionate, and dependable person who always tries to bring a smile to those around me. My passion for caring for seniors comes from a personal experience. When I was younger, my grandfather was in a facility where he had very little support and ultimately passed away alone. I was too young to drive or help him at the time, but that experience stayed with me and inspired me to care for others. I'm looking for rewarding work where I can make a meaningful difference in someone's life and go home knowing I helped. I take my job seriously and strive to be the first to arrive and the last to leave. My strengths include compassion, understanding, patience, and helping others maintain their dignity and independence. I'm also a chef and love cooking. In my spare time, I enjoy fishing, gardening, cooking, and spending time with my family.
