For two decades, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors. My motivation stems from a genuine passion for supporting their well-being and independence, building on positive experiences in previous roles. I understand the importance of offering families a reliable care option. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize earning trust when building connections with those in my care. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether through written daily reports or verbal updates. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. My services include respite care, hospice support, errands, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and encouraging physical activity. I have a college degree, a car, and I am comfortable with pets. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
