Bryenna is an amazing nanny!! She has worked for us part time w/ our 4 y.o. for the past 8 months. Bryenna is very reliable, dependable & trustworthy. I learned to trust her very quickly, despite her young age, she seems more mature & responsible than other teenagers. I truly can't say enough good things about Bryenna! Our son can be strong-willed & has strong emotions but she learned quickly how to work w/ his behaviors & has formed a very special bond with our son. She worked w/ us while I was pregnant with our 2nd son & through my maternity leave. Bryenna has watched both kids together now that the baby is a bit older, & she did so flawlessly. Bryenna has taken our son on countless adventures, we allow her to drive him places w/out hesitation. She always checks in w/ me, is always sure to ask before doing things & sends me lots of photos while they are out. She is flexible, takes direction well & is happy to help around the house. You will be missing out if you don't hire her!
