Brya was the best nanny I could have ever asked for! She started watching our daughter full time when she was 3 months until she was 9 months old. She moved out of the area and sadly had to say goodbye. She is an exceptional nanny and took on whatever methods and parenting styles you asked her to do. In addition she is familiar with infants development milestones (tummy time, sitting up, sounds, reading to them, self soothing, properly introducing solid foods, etc.) and works to keep them on track. I am so sad she had to move as I would happily kept her until my little one was ready to start school! If you are luck enough to get the opportunity to hire her you need to take advantage!!
