My wife and I started in caregiving to help my mother. Since then (2019), I've helped men and women from 55 to 102. Besides common needs (bathing, meals, housework, medicine, transferring, etc.), they've often required something unique to them (morning walks, incontinence needs, exercises, and more). I've shampooed rugs, fed dogs, tidied up garages/patios, and know from experience what would really help out an older person. About me: taught English for years overseas, University of Michigan grad with a touch of theology, and, thankfully, I laugh a lot.
