I interviewed Bryanna, and spoke with two references. Everything was great so I hired her for 2x a week reoccurring care for my toddler. She showed up on the first day And she expressed agreeableness and capability and willingness to still work for us. When scheduling a time for her to come in next she quit responding to my text messages and never returned my call/voicemail. I noticed that she had been on Care.com numerous times during the day, and again never responded to me. I have no idea what happened, and I hope she's well, but if you're looking for somebody who will communicate well and have follow through with you be wary. It's disappointing as I was really excited for her to work for us and my daughter seemed to love her.
