I am a dependable and compassionate childcare provider with 1 year of professional experience working at a learning academy with children of a variety of ages. I am currently a lead teacher in a 2s classroom where I support children with daily routines, age appropriate learning activities, social-emotional development, and potty training. As a mother of two children, ages 4 and 2, I also understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and comfortable with the person caring for their children. I have personal experience caring for a child with autism and understand the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and adapting care to meet each child's individual needs.
