She always made us feel confident that our child was in great hands. One thing we especially appreciated was the detailed summaries she provided at the end of each day. She would let us know exactly how much he ate, what his mood was like, what activities they did together, and even what they read during the day. Those thoughtful updates gave us so much peace of mind and helped us feel connected even when we were away. We appreciated the walks she took him on as well. She was also excellent about communicating in real time if there was ever an emergency or any incident, which meant a lot to us. She was very mindful about letting us know well in advance if she needed to cancel or if she was going to be late, and we always appreciated her honesty and professionalism.
