My experience includes assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, mobility, companionship, transportation, and maintaining independence and quality of life. I hold an international Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Sports and an Associate Degree in Physical Education from Montgomery College. My background in physical education helps me promote an active, healthy lifestyle while respecting each person's abilities and individual needs. I'm patient, adaptable, and comfortable providing hands-on care and emotional support. I'm also a safe and experienced driver, happy to assist with appointments, errands, and daily activities. My goal is to provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care while helping others feel comfortable, safe, and supported.
