I'd describe my personality as calm, patient and caring. I like working with kids because I love being part of their growth and development. Every day is different, and it's rewarding to help them learn new skills, build confidence, and feel safe and supported. I'm looking for a job that I can build a trusting relationship with a family and provide consistent, loving care for their children. I enjoy supporting children's development, helping with their daily routines, and creating a safe and positive environment. I'm also looking for a family with good communication and mutual respect, where we can work together to support the children's growth and well-being. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old in Brazil, I took care of babies/toddlers and older kids as well. One thing you should know about me is I'm a very warm, responsible and respectful person. My skills include Potting training, food introduction and communication skills.
