We were looking for a cleaner very last minute and Bruna and Selma came within 24 hours of contacting her on care.com. She was so sweet, and absolutely amazing! Her and her team are the best around! Not only did she clean the house, they saw my laundry in bags and they even took my laundry home and going to bring it back! I’m a mom of 4 and Bruna is a life saver. I can’t wait to have her come back to continue and help me organize next! Thank you Bruna and team! 

Bruna was absolutely terrible. Not only did her team permanently damage our staircase rugs (multiple dirty splotches all over it), she then denied it saying it was already damaged. Sorry, that’s a lie. Then we told her we’re withholding payment as damages to pay for replacing the rug (which by the way will cost WAY more than a cleaning session). Two weeks later I received a summons to small claims court in the mail. We have three small kids and I have absolutely no time to go to court in Waltham for like $500, so we’re just going to pay her. But - please - learn from me and stay as far a at as possible from her and her team. Life is too short!

Bruna and her helpers have working with us and helping us with our household since approximately 6 months. Bruna is extremely reliable and always leaves things impeccable; they have great attention to detail on top of that they are charming and charismatic and a real pleasure to work with. 

We hired Bruna and her team just a few weeks ago, and she has truly changed my life. Our home has never been so consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Bruna and her team took om a last minute job on.a job on a Friday afternoon far from
where she lives.  They arrived promptly and went to work!  They were very thorough and detail oriented.  We had just purchased the house and the sellers didn’t clean….
