So I do not normally write reviews especially on people. I have debated even writing this but feel like I need to let people know. We interviewed brooklyn and fell in love with her immediately. She seemed kind and had a wonderful personality. We had hired another nanny that fell through and asked her to come on. She accepted starting this fall. Then a few weeks ago I was surprised but needing a surgery and called to ask if she could start earlier that we agreed on. She agreed and it was set. The day before my surgery and week before she was going to start full time, I reached out to make sure we were set. She didnt reply to my text messages at all. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I messaged her on here and Facebook. Saw where she looked at my message to call me on Facebook then turned around and blocked me. She never answered me on an form of communication. This is very very unprofessional and very hurtful for me at the time. I had to rush to find someone the day before my surgery to make sure we had a nanny in place after my surgery. I do hope this was just a lack in character or an emergency issue. But being blocked on Facebook tells me it is not. Never communicated that she no longer wanted the position or anything.
