About Brooklin

Howdy! My name is Brooke and I am looking to start babysitting to save for school this fall (I am paying out of pocket hence the time off). I'll be 21 in October and I love working with kids. I previously babysat three boys under 10 in high school and worked as a lifeguard at Schlitterbahn for three summers where I trained in CPR, water safety, and first aid. I currently work weekdays from 9-6 but am available evenings and all weekend, including late hours if needed. I can also help with errands, grocery shopping, cooking, and light cleaning. My preferred pay is $20/hr for four hours or less, and $15/hr for longer shifts. I'd describe myself as outgoing, patient, and empathetic (growing up with 7 brothers helped!). I like working with kids because their curiosity and creativity remind me to keep a positive outlook. In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, and crafting. One thing to note: I do have have a cat, so I may not be the best fit for children with severe cat allergies.
