About Brooke

Hi! My name is Brooke, and I'd love to help you out in English related subjects! I am currently a Freshman studying Communications at The University of Arizona, and I am a graduate of BASIS Peoria High School. Throughout highschool, I tutored peers in a variety of English related subjects; However, I am particularly comfortable aiding in Advanced Placement (AP) Courses (Such as: AP English Language& Composition, AP English Literature& Composition, AP Seminar, AP Research, etc.). I also have experience helping students obtain higher scores on standardized tests such as the ACT, and am able to aid in general essay writing (including college admissions essays). Along with my experience tutoring, I also have experience being tutored, which has given me insight to customize each of my student's experiences and connect with them (especially if they find being tutored "embarrassing").
