About Brooke

I enjoy teaching, tutoring, and homework helping children of all ages with particular emphasis on reading, writing, math, and instrumental studies. I'd also be thrilled to help students with standardized test preparation, editing essays/writing assignments, or creating college application game plans. I bring a sense of humor and playfulness to my tutoring style, balanced by my philosophy to treat children like I treat adults - with great respect and no "baby talk." By helping children take ownership over their studies, we can help instill a sense of confidence in them. Kids are capable & talented in unique ways - with some guidance, I hope to help them feel empowered!
