About Brooke

I'd describe my personality as energetic, engaging, curious, and creative. I've worked with children for most of my life, beginning as a "mother's helper" when I was still a child myself. My first job in college was at a daycare center located in a large gym, where I cared for children ranging from 6 months to 12 years old. Over the years, I've also tutored students in academic subjects and instrumental studies (Suzuki violin), and worked as a teaching assistant at an art museum summer camp. In my spare time, I enjoy creating art, hiking, yoga, spending time with loved ones, and reading. Beyond typical babysitting responsibilities, I especially enjoy tutoring and homework help, creating arts and crafts projects, and supporting children who are learning string instruments. I also enjoy cleaning and organizing! I am a part-time master's student and am seeking either full-time or part-time childcare work. I have a flexible schedule and am happy to adapt to the needs of each family.
