About Brooke

I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, as well as a swim instructor for kids ages 3 and up, and adults. I love to get myself and others outside for some fresh air and exercise to boost health and mood. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, optimistic, and a problem solver I love coaching because it's incredibly rewarding to assist people on the path to their goals. I'm looking for a job that allows me to make a personal connection with people and I am great at problem solving and managing challenging tasks. I started coaching when I was 16 years old as a swim instructor. I am a veteran, and upon leaving the service I started working as a personal trainer and nutrition coach and adult swim instructor. In my spare time, I like to get outside and run, hike, swim, hang out at the beach, paddleboard or kayak. I also love to read books historical fiction is my favorite genre.
