Hi, I'm Brooke, and my passion for senior care began while caring for my grandmother, who lived to 95. I've since supported older adults, including those with dementia, always honoring their dignity and providing calm, compassionate care. I'm CPR-certified and hold certifications as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Yoga Instructor, which allows me to offer a holistic approach to wellness. I've also led group activities in assisted living facilities to encourage movement, joy, and connection. My goal is to provide dependable, heart-centered care that brings peace of mind to families and supports each senior's unique needs and spirit.
