Quite honestly this isn't something I look as a job. This is very rewarding to be able to take care of someone's loved one. If I'm able to get them to smirk or smile I know my job was well done! The phone interview went very well and references were good. We felt hopeful that she would be a good fit. However, she cancelled the interview stating a family medical issue had happened and then never responded after that.
