About Brooke

Hi! My name is Brooke, and I'm currently a nursing student at Umass Dartmouth with a strong interest in pediatric nursing. I've always loved working with kids, which is what inspired me to pursue a career in healthcare focused on children. Growing up with three younger siblings, I've had plenty of hands-on experience helping care for kids of different ages, from keeping them entertained to making sure they're safe and comfortable. I am looking for a job while I am home for the summer, from the second week of May until the end of August! Being around children comes very naturally to me and I enjoy their energy, creativity, and watching them develop their own little personalities. Babysitting is something I love because it allows me to build connections with kids while also gaining experience that supports my future career as a pediatric nurse. I'm responsible, patient, and attentive, and I always aim to create a fun, safe, and positive environment!
