I always plan science and art projects, incorporate exercise and music in play, generally take on household chores for myself and help the kids do their if they have any responsibilities. I've even in the past done pet cares during the day or when a family vacations. I've helped bring children/residents to extracurricular and pets to veterinary appointments. I'm open to being an emergency contact/do emergency care if a family needs to suddenly handle a situation that requires children to be watched unexpectedly. Brook came highly recommended by her previous employer. her initial interview was great. She did a meet and greet with our children, and they liked her. Overtime communication was very poor. On multiple occasions I had to confirm she was still interested in the position which she said she was. Then six weeks before her start date she told us she would not be starting her position. Very disappointed in her communication and reliability
