My experience with children with special needs is those who are on ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). Although I do not have any formal training, I do have experience as someone who grew up with autistic family friends. I myself although not autistic understand the pains yet the joys of those who are on ASD. School can be hard, friends can be rough, but the gifts are so much more valuable. Believe me, I know. I love children, and I prefer to help/babysit children ages 3+.
