I am a former educator of 14 years. I have an early childhood-8th grade degree in education as well as a Masters degree is Educational Leadership. I switched from public education to corporate America in early 2020. I now work for a large tech company in Learning & Development. Working with children is still my true passion; therefore, I volunteer as a CASA where I serve as children's Guardian ad Litem & represent their best interests in court. I also volunteer for an organization called Seedling which is for kids who have an incarcerated parent. I spend time tutoring children during the school year as well. I have a somewhat flexible Mon-Fri work schedule & my partner works later into the evenings, so this gives me extra time for volunteering, tutoring & possibly babysitting.
