I hold current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure a safe environment. My personality is creative and friendly, which shines through when I lead outdoor sports, board games, or educational activities. I am happy to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel needs. Because I am an experienced and certified lifter, I am confident in providing personal training or workouts for fun or to help kids with their extracurricular!
