About Brittney

I have many years experience caring for my grandmother who had Alzheimer's/Dementia. She passed a couple of years ago at 93. My grandma and grandpa were my best friends. I administered my grandmother's medications, I also helped her with many basic things like driving her places to run errands or appointments, helping her in and out of the car with her walker, personal hygiene (showering, brushing teeth/dentures, cleaning her ears, manicures/pedicures, and occasional toileting). Other than that we would just sit and chat, watch movies, go for a walk, out to eat, or play games with the other seniors at the home. Since then, I have enjoyed helping other seniors with many of their needs, and I get so much joy from it. I would love to provide companionship & care to another elder. My grandma was a real fire cracker too, so I'm used to her very blunt personality:) Please let me know if you would like to chat more or meet me in person!
