I'm a special education instructional Assistant. In my position, I implement a variety of subjects and activity lesson plans in a group or one-on-one setting. I motivate students to reach their annual personal and academic goals. I assist students with self-help, social and communication skills. I a ssist in monitoring breakfast, lunch, recess, bathroom and playground activities. I perform minor first aid as needed and assure the health and safety of students. I maintain the classroom organized and clean by setting up work areas, displays and equipment.
