Welcome! My name is Miss Brittney and I have been working with children since I was a little one myself. I grew up helping my mom in our church nursery and changing diapers and when I was old enough I started babysitting for family friends right away and continue to do occasional babysitting for date nights if that is something extra you are looking for. Previously I have worked as a nanny for 4 separate families with children ranging in ages newborn through 13 years. I am a big fan of outside time and going out to parks and farms to help your kiddos see the world and experience new things! I also have daycare experience with multiple age groups (infants through pre-k, and am still involved at my church as a Sunday School Teacher and Nursery supervisor). We would highly recommend Brittney as a nanny to any family. Not only does our almost 2-year old son absolutely ADORE her, but a few things stand out in particular about Brittney: 1. She is super easy to communicate with and reliably handles schedules (e.g., taking our son to classes) with ease. You can forward her some information and she'll figure things out with little direction needed 2. She enjoys spending time outdoors with our son everyday and also plans special, fun activities to do (e.g., museum trips, kids puppet shows, farm excursions) after clearing them with us 3. She is very diligent and patient about communicating ground rules with our son and teaching him good behaviors (e.g., putting toys away, controlling emotions after not getting his way) Brittney is truly a wonderful caretaker that we have enjoyed working with greatly!
