I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with empathy. I am experienced in providing transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, preparing meals, and assisting with mobility and physical activity. I can also assist with dementia care and medical management. I have some college education and hold current certifications in CPR and am familiar with First Aid. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
