I am an experienced nanny service providing individualized, developmentally-informed childcare that supports a child's physical, cognitive, and emotional development within everyday caregiving. I integrate emotional regulation, behavior support, and age-appropriate developmental understanding into typical nanny responsibilities. I consider each child's physical, cognitive, and emotional development when choosing activities, communication style, games, outings, and behavior support strategies. I have extensive experience in infant-6yr care, including working in child care settings. I also have experience supporting all ages with disabilities, autism spectrum, ADHD, ODD, trauma, IEPs, and others. I hold a BA in Psychology and have 17 years of experience in early development and therapeutic-informed settings My approach is non-clinical but informed by child development, psych, and behavior support strategies to provide a higher level of intentional childcare.
