I was the the main caretaker for my grandmother in her 80's , who had terrible arthritis, early stage dementia, agoraphobia and little faith. Together we were able to conquer these challenges. I am privileged to say through the tools of Hospice, I was able to keep my grandmother, pain free, relaxed mind through proper end of life care management. She passed on to the other side in my arms, with grace and dignity. I was fortunate enough to fulfill her wishes by passing at home, and was even able to help her navigate some spiritual sense to help her along her journey .
