Hi Families! I'm Britt. I bring 20+ years of experience, from infancy through teenage years. I'm reliable and passionate about helping kids learn through play, structure, and creativity. I'm fully vaccinated (COVID, flu, DTaP) and certified in infant/adult CPR. I'm a musician! I sing and play guitar, and I enjoy incorporating music, art, and fun! Here are some of my key strengths: Infants: Feeding schedules, naps/wake windows, tummy time, and milestone tracking. Toddlers: Potty training, teaching letters, words, numbers, colors, and establishing routines. Older kids: Homework help, pick-up/drop-off, time management, and structured days. While I don't have a college degree, I bring a deep understanding of child development, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care. I'm seeking full-time (35-40 hrs) with legal pay (W-2/4, payroll, with applicable overtime).
