About Brittany

I bring extensive teaching experience across early childhood and structured educational settings, most recently serving as a Kindergarten Teacher at Primrose School of Farragut, where I implemented individualized curriculum aligned with established standards. I taught foundational literacy and numeracy skills while fostering social-emotional development through engaging, hands-on activities such as music, storytelling, structured play, and creative arts. I consistently create nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environments that support diverse learners. I assess student progress, adapt instruction to meet individual needs, and maintain strong communication with families to support success. My experience facilitating life-skills classes in a case management role has strengthened my ability to teach, mentor, and connect with learners of varying ages and backgrounds.
