Brittany and I did not communicate well. It seems that she applied for the job I posted, but didn't read the specifics of what I was looking for nor what I was willing to pay in helping with housekeeping. I wish that people who post for jobs would carefully read the job description before they apply. Also confusing to me was that she did not have a mop, nor a vacuum cleaner that could handle carpet, so she had to borrow ours. When I'm paying over $30/hour I think it's reasonable to expect that they bring their own equipment to handle the job.
