About Brittany

Hi! I'm a patient, dependable caregiver who enjoys helping children learn and grow. I have experience with kids of all ages, from toddlers to high school, through childcare and substitute teaching. I worked at a childcare center with toddlers (40-hour Florida DCF trained) and later as a substitute teacher across multiple grades, including a long-term 6th grade ELA role. I've also supported students with special needs. I hold a bachelor's degree and a 120-hour TEFL certification. My approach is calm, consistent, and structured-I guide behavior through clear expectations and natural consequences while respecting each family's rules. I enjoy engaging kids with learning games, puzzles, and educational activities. I provide updates as preferred and have prior CPR/First Aid training (open to renewing).
