About Brittany

I'm 21 years old and genuinely love being around children. I have roughly 5 years of experience in childcare settings. I create a calm, easygoing environment where kids feel free to be themselves, while still knowing when to set firm boundaries when needed. I have low tolerance for disruptive behavior and a natural ability to help children self-regulate and feel at ease. I deeply respect and trust kids, treating them with the same kindness and understanding I'd offer a friend. Outside of caregiving, I study child development and health in college and stay active at the gym. I'm dependable, flexible (even on short notice), and willing to help however I can-whether it's driving kids to activities or providing tutoring support.
