About Brittaney

I am a dedicated and experienced 30yo childcare professional with over 10yr of experience working with children from infancy through adolescence. I was enrolled in the Athena program throughout elementary and middle school and have my Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with honors from UTSA. I have worked with both neurotypical children and those with diverse needs, including ADD, ADHD, autism (both verbal and non-verbal), and other forms of neurodivergence. I am well-versed in adapting care strategies to suit each child's unique needs, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. I am also a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and most recently worked at an ascent-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) clinic specializing in therapy for autistic children. In this role, I collaborated closely with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and feeding therapists to support individualized treatment plans and help children develop critical life skills.
