About Britany

Hi there! I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in May of 2018 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies. I was born and raised in Louisiana, but I have recently moved to the Birmingham area in Alabama. While in college, I worked at an early child development center as a toddler teacher and as the director's assistant for 3 years. I have also babysat children through college as well! After college, I worked in special education in the public school system for two years. I have experience with children from ages 6 weeks-13 years old. I love kids! Teaching is a huge passion of mine, as well as caregiving. I believe children need strong role models in their life, whether it be a relative, teacher, babysitter, or nanny. I can never see myself having a career that didn't involve children. Whether your child has exceptionalities or not, I am willing to take on any challenge to benefit the development of your child!
