Hi, I'm Brittani. I have worked with the elderly since 2012 Over theyears, I have supported seniors with a wide range of needs, including dementia care. I also help care for my own elderly grandparents, which has strengthened my patience, compassion, and understanding of how important it is to treat every senior with dignity and respect. I have hands-on experience with dementia and memory care and understand the importance of routine, reassurance, redirection, and maintaining a calm environment. I am attentive to behavioral changes and prioritize both emotional and physical safety. Families describe me as dependable, gentle, and trustworthy.
