I am a dedicated career nanny with 15 years of extensive experience working with children from infancy to teenage twins, neurodivergent kids and young adults, as well as family assistant and household management roles. My rates are: 30-35/hour for 1 child, 35/hour (2) children, 38/hour (3) kids, 40/hour (4) kids For consistent schedules, including childcare and household management, my starting rate is $35/hour.
