About Brita

Hi! I'm Brita, 23 years old, from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I come from a big family of 11, which gave me plenty of experience caring for kids of all ages. I've also babysat for extended family and church families. I've always loved working with children-whether playing games, joining their imaginative worlds, or just watching them grow. I'm a kid at heart and often found playing with little ones at family events! In high school, I took Early Childhood Education, which sparked my interest in child development. I'm not currently CPR/First Aid certified but am happy to renew. A highlight for me was being a Camp Nesbit counselor for cognitively impaired adults. Most recently, I worked as a paraprofessional at the Copper Country ISD-challenging but so rewarding. I bring warmth, patience, and a deep love for children, and I'd be honored to care for your little one(s)!
