Hi there! My name is Brista! I started volunteering with special needs students in third grade and quickly discovered my passion for supporting children. A few years later, I volunteered at an equine therapy center, which inspired my goal of becoming an Occupational Therapist. I am currently a paraeducator in an elementary school and am looking for my next position. I love my students and my job, but with the school year ending, I would love the opportunity to provide one-on-one care in a more personal environment. I'm currently working toward my bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology and am already 75% of the way there! As a caregiver, I strive to create a space where children feel safe, supported, and valued. My goal is to provide individualized care while building strong relationships with both children and their families. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to meet you soon!
