It brings me joy to help adults and seniors live fulfilling lives. For two years, I've provided home health support, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with errands. I am also experienced in dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. With additional training, I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through daily reports, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I value respecting each care recipient's independence.
