About Brinn

Hello! My name is Brinn. I have more than four years of experience working in childcare. I have experience working one on one with persons with disabilities as well as children on the autistic spectrum. I've worked with children ages 1-14 years old. I have also worked in a daycare setting with multiple children at a time. I have a positive and upbeat attitude and perspective. I strive to bring positivity and joy into learning and to create a safe space to explore and experience the world around us. I value creating a strong and positive relationship between myself and the children/families that I work with. The best fit for me would be a schedule where I am working full time. Where I can use my previous skills in behavioral support and techniques to help support and maintain the needs of a child or persons with extreme or mild behavioral needs. I am confident in my abilities to provide support, structure, stability and care to the individual with any behavioral circumstances.
