With a heart for caregiving, I began my journey in 2014 as a direct support staff in a group home, embodying friendliness, integrity, and attentive listening. In just two years, my commitment and competence led to a promotion to Area Manager, overseeing six group homes. This role deepened my understanding of special needs care, honing my skills in organization and leadership. Outside the professional realm, I am devoted to providing quality care to my special needs daughter. Balancing my life, I find solace in regular gym sessions.
