Before moving to Sedona, I worked as a rehab aide and Care Manager Assistant for private clients with varying mental and physical capabilities. I now look forward to building rapport and providing individualized care for future new clients! Experience: Implemented personalized support plans. Worked with neurodivergent clients and diagnosis such as Autism, traumatic brain injury and dementia. Provided household and direct care support. Primary duties included: managing care teams overnight and daily schedules, coordinating medical appointments, relaying medical updates, scheduling transportation, preparing meals, approving payroll for all staff, bill payment, scheduling activities, receipt reconciliation, helping immediate family with Holiday prep and visits, scheduling and coordinating with contractors and weekly house walk-throughs. Above all, ensuring the safety and well-being of my clients is of utmost importance.
